2. Check it’s the correct offer and read any Terms & Conditions.

Tesco Groceries Delivery Options

It’s never been easier to get your shopping delivered straight to your door. Tesco offers a full delivery service online, with the option to book delivery slots at different rates.

But if you use Tesco Groceries delivery service often, it may be worth getting the Tesco Delivery Saver. There are three different options depending on when you want your food delivered:

• Same-Day: Free deliveries any day of the week on the same day that you placed the order. This costs £12.99 for one month or £9.99 a month for 6 months.
• Any Day: Free deliveries on any day of the week, excluding same day delivery. This costs £7.99 for one month or £6.99 a month for 6 months.
• Mid-week: Free deliveries Tuesday – Thursday, excluding same day delivery which can be added for just £2 each time. This costs £3.99 for one month or £3.49 a month for 6 months.

Tesco Groceries Returns Policy

Changed your mind? Return your Tesco items within 30 days of purchase along with a valid proof of purchase, for a refund or replacement. However, do note that some items may be excluded – check the Tesco website or call your local store’s customer services for details.

If you’re returning groceries, just take them back to your nearest store with your receipt and they’ll sort it out for you. Not happy with an item you’ve purchased online? Let the delivery driver know and they’ll take it back there and then – no fuss.

Note: If you’re returning perishable items such as food and drink, ensure you return them before the use-by date. Some items cannot be returned based on change of mind due to health and safety reasons.
